National Reconciliation Week – 27 May to 3rd june 2024 . Next week we are encouraging  our children and educators to wear your red ,yellow ,black ,blue and green coloured clothes to kindy any day of the week in recognition or any inspiring pieces of traditional clothing . 

The National Reconciliation Week theme for 2024, ‘Now More Than Ever,’ serves as a reminder that the ongoing fight for justice and the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people must continue. 

During this event, we aim to educate our community on the rich cultural heritage and history of First Nations people, fostering mutual respect and understanding. By participating in activities and discussions, we can honor their traditions and promote a spirit of unity. Our goal is to instill moral values of respect and inclusivity in our children, shaping a brighter future for everyone. You can also donate to children’s ground via the QR code attached .
