Fire safety is an essential life skill for everyone, and it’s never too early to start teaching children about fire prevention and emergency response. By providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to stay safe in the event of a fire, we can help ensure their well-being and even save their lives. Visiting the fire truck, introducing tools and the safety cloths that fire fighters wear in the event of fire, will equip the children with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to handle fire emergencies. The children also practiced how to get out of a building when they hear the fire smoke alarm. They all sang “get low and go go go” while they were crawling on the floor pretending there is a fire and they are passing through an emergency exit.
