Teddy Bears Picnic

The purpose of the teddy bear picnic is to incorporate beloved stuffed animals into pretend play nurturing children’s creativity and imaginations.
At Turramurra Kindergarten we are planning a teddy bears picnic with the foods and games tge children & teddy bears would most enjoy. This is a super fun way for kids to lean into both cognitive and compassionate empathy. We encourage children to bring a teddy bear or stuffed animal & we will have a fun imaginative picnic to celebrate!
