Just wanted to spend a few moments to let you know how incredibly happy we are of the high standards and care your team (led by Pohwee as centre Director and every single one of your amazing educators) has provided Audrey and Austin over the short time they’ve been there. The attention to detail and care provided to Austin (especially given his allergies and skin condition) has been second to none, and the love and dedication from the team has made his transition to daycare a lot easier than we had anticipated. As for Audrey, we have been impressed with how patient the educators have been with her given she has taken a little while to adjust, especially during drop-offs. It makes us so happy to see her turn a new leaf and that’s credit to your amazing team for making her feel so comfortable. The Christmas party was such a success and it’s so great to see the children’s happy faces and that’s testament to the hard work of planning the staff had put in.
